An everyone-helps-everyone-in-one place that becomes what it should be through your participation: A contact point for everything related to your job with us.

Small but mighty:

This is a small but exclusive place for all our employees. You can drop by if you have questions or problems, are looking for an exchange of ideas, or just feel like having a drink after work. We help you with language barriers in applications, filling out forms, dealing with authorities, housing, integration courses, language courses, and much more. And some questions can simply already be answered here.

This is quite different. Often, our personnel decision-maker and managing director Melih Derinalp is available in person. He's been doing this for over 20 years, so you came to the best address. You are definitely not alone. We have many people working for us who don't (yet) speak German. We can help out with Romanian, Turkish, English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. But we can handle everything else as well.

Then get in touch with us. We look at your qualifications, work experience and your wishes right from the beginning. And if something changes over time, we'll see if we can find something else for you. Sometimes a change can also be made possible within the placement company.
