In the case of temporary employment pursuant to Section 1 (1) sentence 1 of the German Personnel Leasing Act (AÜG), the personnel service provider transfers its own employees to a client company as part of its business activities. However, employees continue to be subject to the instructions of the personnel service provider. An effective employee leasing requires an employment relationship between the personnel service provider and the temporary worker, while a so-called employee leasing contract (Section 12 AÜG) is concluded between the personnel service provider and the client company.
In contrast to temporary employment services, personnel recruitment services offer the permanent placement of employees that are employed directly by the client company. After a successful application process and employment, the cooperation with the employment agency is concluded.
In an initial meeting we discuss your requirements and wishes so that we can offer you tailored support for your situation. The basis for the cooperation between us as a personnel service provider and you is a temporary employment contract. This agreement, as well as our GVP collective agreement, regulates, among other things, what is paid to the personnel service provider per hour for the assignment of the temporary worker. This amount is also known as the "billing rate".
