As Managing Director, Melih Derinalp is responsible in particular for the personnel planning and operational management of Lenz & Gomez GmbH. He can draw on almost 20 years of experience as a personnel planner in the company and many years of market and industry experience.

Beatrice Kober is Head of Business Development at Lenz & Gomez GmbH. She actively drives business development and works closely with the management, particularly in the area of controlling.

Jürgen Lenz founded Lenz & Gomez GmbH over 30 years ago. As managing director for many years, together with Maria Gomez he has made the company what it is today. In the future, Jürgen Lenz will support the team as a senior advisor.

Monika Adeberg is a personnel planner at Lenz & Gomez GmbH. She has been with the company for almost 30 years and is responsible for everything that has to do with personnel costs, headcount and work placement planning.

As successors to the company founder and shareholders, brothers Fabian and Philipp Lenz will support the operational management team led by Melih Derinalp and Beatrice Kober, particularly in developing the future corporate strategy.

Alina Drexler joined Lenz & Gomez at the beginning of 2023 as a working student in the Marketing and Branding department. She also supports us in the development of new business areas and in managing our social media.

Hakan Derinalp is studying law and economics in the 5th semester at the University of Augsburg. He has also been supporting the Lenz & Gomez team as a project manager and personnel planner since October.

Claudia Olariu has been working as Office Manager and Receptionist at Lenz & Gomez since October 2023. She is always available to our employees, applicants and clients for questions and requests. Claudia also supports the Lenz & Gomez team as an interpreter.
