As managing director, Julius Söhn is responsible for strategy, finance, and sales. Drawing on his many years of experience as a strategy consultant and executive in industry, he will continue to drive forward the professionalization of Lenz & Gomez GmbH and be responsible for implementing growth strategies.

Claudia Olariu works as office manager and receptionist at Lenz & Gomez. She is always available to answer questions and respond to requests from our employees, applicants, and customers. Claudia also supports the Lenz & Gomez team as an interpreter.

Polina Selezneva works as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Lenz & Gomez. She is actively involved in the recruiting process and candidate acquisition in personnel placement, with a focus on active sourcing in social media.
Vanessa has been supporting our team as a working student in Marketing & Communication since May 2024. She is in her 5th semester studying Marketing and Digital Media at the FOM in Munich.
