About Us.

Lenz & Gomez was founded in 1991 by Jürgen Lenz and Maria Gomez in Augsburg. Since then, the family-owned company has stood out for excellent personnel services and first-class consulting in all matters of personnel management. Around 250 dedicated employees currently contribute to the company's success and steady growth.
In the fall of 2022, Lenz & Gomez was placed in younger hands: Melih Derinalp, a long-time employee, takes over the management and becomes a shareholder. He is supported by the sons of the company founder Jürgen Lenz, who took over their father's business shares at the beginning of the year and will be involved as partners in the future.

Our motivation.

The digital technology of the fourth industrial revolution has progressed to such an extent that production processes will change dramatically in the coming years. As a result, the reality of work in generell will also take on a new shape.
At the same time, the need for flexible solutions in human resources continues to grow. Flexible and adaptable production demands short response times from companies when it comes to personnel planning. Individual and flexible forms of employment are therefore needed more than ever in order to design work and production processes efficiently.
With this background, we want to rethink temporary employment. We want to bring companies and job seekers together. And to do this in the most simple way possible. Our incentive is to proactively help shape the future of third-party employment as an indispensable tool for flexibilization, while at the same time increasingly focusing on the needs of our employees. After all, we have the opportunity to play an important role in a social labor market.
