When everything revolves around innovation, entrepreneurship and the future in Augsburg once a year, one thing is clear: the Rocketeer Festival is back. In 2025, the event has once again outdone itself - with over 1,700 participants, an impressive variety of topics and an atmosphere that makes you want to try something new. For us at Lenz & Gomez, it quickly became clear that we would be there - with attitude, with a message, but also with a pinch of humor.
Between specialist topics and festival flair: Lenz & Gomez in the middle of it all
In addition to our stand - more on this in a moment - our partner Dr. Fabian Lenz was also represented on the Local Hero Stage. Together with Claudia Markert [and @Kristian Kläger], he spoke about a topic that is often underestimated: Company succession. It was not only about the associated challenges of legal structures, but also about responsibility, generational transitions and what remains when a company is not only managed, but also continued.
The discussion showed once again that succession is not a legal side note, but a strategic decision for sustainable entrepreneurship.
Happiness lies in turning: Our stand with added value and reusability
Those who visited our stand were not only provided with legal impulses or ESG talks [here away from legal and ESG, and more related to HR, Talent Pool etc.], but could also challenge their luck - at our Lenz&Gomez wheel of fortune. The prizes included
- the exclusive Lenz & Gomez hoodie (already a collector's item),
- a sustainable and stylish Lenz&Gomez drinking bottle and much more.
The idea behind it was simple: law is important. Change is necessary. But enthusiasm comes from encounters - and sometimes from a bit of playfulness.
The crowd at the wheel of fortune was correspondingly large and the feedback was consistently positive. (And yes, some people wanted to do two rounds).
Conclusion: Festival with attitude
The Rocketeer Festival has once again shown that innovation is not just about technology, but also about attitude and togetherness. For us, it was a great opportunity to talk to people, set topics - and show that a modern consulting HR company can also be different.
We look forward to seeing you again in 2026, with new questions, new formats - and almost certainly a new wheel of fortune.
