A breath of fresh air for the world of work: How we at Lenz&Gomez are redefining the future of HR services
We have been a reliable partner in the personnel services industry for over 30 years. Founded in Augsburg in 1991 by Jürgen Lenz and Maria Gomez, the company now has around 250 dedicated employees. In the fall of 2022, Melih Derinalp, a long-time employee of the company, took over the management of the company. Together with Dr. Fabian and Philipp Lenz, the sons of founder Jürgen Lenz and active shareholders, the generational change was successfully managed.
