We are a member of the General Association of Personnel Service Providers (GVP)
The previously independent temporary employment agency associations BAP and iGZ became the General Association of Personnel Service Providers (GVP) in December 2023. By combining the two associations, the GVP will have an even stronger voice in shaping laws and regulations for the personnel services industry in Germany in the future. This could lead to an improved legal framework that does justice to the interests of both companies and employees.
As one of the largest employers' associations in Germany, the GVP represents around 6,000 member companies and regulates the working and social conditions for around 800,000 temporary workers in a social partnership with the DGB trade unions. By pooling expertise and resources, the aim is to develop innovative solutions to the challenges facing the industry. With the GVP, clear standards and guidelines can be created to ensure the quality of personnel services and strengthen trust in the industry.
We have been an iGZ member with Lenz&Gomez for 15 years and have now also been a proud member of the GVP since December 2023.
